As you probably already know, most professional armwrestling matches last only a few seconds. The match captured in the clip below is a major exception - it lasts nearly one minute! Notice that the wrestler facing teh camera puts his arm in a VERY dangerous position. In fact, it is surprising that the referees did not stop the match because of the "Break Arm Position" (which is a foul). No one should ever let his or her arm get in a similar position, as the odds that it will break are VERY high - trust me, I have seen it myself and it is not pretty!
