Noland has
been arm wrestling for at least ten years. While Noland used
to enter tournaments frequently, he has not entered a tournament
in several years. During his competitive days, he won numerous tournament
titles, competing as a heavyweight. Today Noland arm wrestles primarily
in bars, and he has "won a lot of free beer." Noland's
best lift is his one arm bicep curl with a dumbbell, where he can
do 25 reps with a 65-lb dumbbell.

Christian
is new to competitive arm wrestling, having only entered one tournament.
He is an avid weightlifter, and boasts of a 330-lb bench press.
His favorite move is pulling his opponent into a hook, which is
made easier by his ability to curl a 70-lb dumbbell for ten reps.
Christian is going to enter more tournaments in the future, and
he is quickly gaining valuable experience. Christian's motto is
"Never refuse a match no matter the size of the opponent."

Joseph recently
entered his first professional tournament, and he is now planning
on entering more tournaments. Joseph is a very strong man, and,
typical of those with exceptional strength, prefers the hook to
any other arm wrestling move.

contributions, Joseph! |

Michaels |
John has entered
five or six tournaments and has pulled down two first place finishes.
John believes that the toproll is the most important move for any
arm wrestler - novice or professional - to master, because "it
is ideal for nearly any situation and will almost always keep you
in the match."
Thanks for your
contributions, John! |
